Clinical Nurse

Pindara Private Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse to join Ward 1B – Palliative / Oncology / Haematology / Medical . This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a clinical leadership role, make a meaningful impact, and support a team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

About The Role

As a Clinical Nurse, you will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to support quality patient outcomes within the ward. You will play a key leadership role in day-to-day clinical decision-making, staff mentoring, and fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.

This is an ideal role for an experienced Registered Nurse ready to advance into leadership while continuing to provide hands‑on, specialised care in Oncology, Haematology, and Palliative settings.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a clinical resource, providing expert guidance and support to nursing staff.
• Lead by example to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
• Supervise, mentor, and support team members to encourage professional growth.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives aligned with hospital goals.
