Job descriptionA strong desire to learn and build a career in the solar and battery industry. An ability to close on opportunities given, as well as generate your own opportunities. Open to learning new sales techniques and developing your sales craft. Previous experience in the solar / in‑home sales is not essential but highly regarded. Australian citizenship is required for this position. Base + Uncapped Commission | OTE $150k–$225k | No Cold Calling | Gladesville Promotions from within — Leadership & Management pathways ready to go Zero experience needed — Just bring your personality and drive Fun, social team environment — Think big energy, not boardroom boredom
