Global Student Recruitment Coordinator - Australia

Overview

Global Student Recruitment Coordinator - Australia (College & Onshore) - Permanent Full Time, 38 hours per week.

Reporting to the Director Global Student Recruitment, this role is responsible for recruiting international students from onshore Australia and coordinating the implementation of a recruitment strategy for UOW College Australia (UOWCA). It includes managing annual recruitment plans, servicing onshore agents, and coordinating activities with the in-country team to promote UOWCA programs.

Responsibilities

• Implement annual student recruitment plans that strategically target onshore agents for UOWCA.
• Service onshore agents for UOWA and UOWCA to deliver required results.
• Coordinate recruitment activities for UOWCA, including agent management and conversions from key source markets.
• Deliver intelligence on key international markets for UOWCA, including market trends and perceptions of UOWCA and its products.
• Work with the Global Student Recruitment Digital Engagement Manager to coordinate UOWCA-specific communications to agents and prospective students.
• Collaborate with UOWCA Admissions and Compliance teams to ensure timely and market-competitive offer letters.
