Lead Swim Coach : Development & Progression

Ready to take the plunge and mentor the next generation of swimmers? Yarra Plenty Waves is looking for a passionate, full-time Lead Swim Coach to join our team in Greensborough.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated coach to play a crucial role in athlete development. Working closely with the Head Coach, your primary focus will be on the daily delivery of squad sessions and guiding swimmers as they transition from our Learn-to-Swim program into competitive pathways.

You will be responsible for delivering structured training, focusing on technique, fitness, and motivation. You'll also provide leadership and mentorship to a team of 2-4 Assistant Junior Squad Coaches.

• Location : Greensborough (VIC)
• Salary : Highly Rewarding Package, negotiable and commensurate with experience.
• Hours : Full-Time (38 hours per week), including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, plus swim meet support.
• Reports to : Head Coach

Desirable : Strength & Conditioning Certificate, Adult Squad coaching experience, or experience with Access and Inclusion / Learners with Disability.
