BMS Building Technology Operations Project Management Technicians
Based in Artarmon, Sydney , and reporting to the Operations Manager, the Project Manager (BMS) is responsible for overseeing BMS projects from Sales Handover through to the end of the Defects Liability Period. Managing projects valued between $100k and $5M, the role spans internal VAE mechanical works, commercial buildings, government projects, refurbishments, and wet concrete installations. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders—including Construction Managers, Contractors, Builders, Consultants, and internal VAE teams—to ensure seamless project delivery and execution.
Your day-to-day responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to :
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across all phases—from scope and design to commissioning and close-out
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project execution
- Plan and track project progress, providing regular updates and status reports
- Oversee procurement activities, including supplier and subcontractor negotiations
- Prepare key documentation such as RFIs, submittals, and construction correspondence
- Ensure commissioning, testing, and final tuning are completed, documented, and aligned with project milestones
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, PM methodologies, and contract requirements
- Manage risks and implement mitigation strategies to address technical and commercial challenges

Reporting to the Technology Operations Manager and based in Darra (preferably) or remote / Sydney, the Graphics Engineer will play a key role in designing and developing intuitive BMS graphics, interactive dashboards, and visual prototypes that support engineering, commissioning, and operational insights across a range of projects.

Reporting to the Customer Account Manager and based in Sydney , the IBP Technician will be responsible for delivering high-level technical services to support integrated building systems across various platforms and protocols. This role plays a key part in MSI delivery by ensuring seamless interoperability between HVAC, lighting, energy, and security systems, with a strong focus on data acquisition and centralised building management using modern API-driven technologies and open protocol.

Reporting to the Customer Account Manager and based in Sydney , the Mechanical Service Technician will be responsible for performing hands-on complex installation and maintenance to all HVAC systems and working on various ongoing and upcoming jobs in the CQ region. The successful candidate may be based in Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, or Maryborough, but must be willing to travel between these locations.
