Join our IT team to help us deliver value through change. This is a Full-Time Permanent role based in either Brisbane or Bundaberg.
Responsibilities
- As a Desktop Analyst, you will be at the forefront of user requests and incidents, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
- Manage end-user hardware and support the end user standard operating environments.
- Contribute to our knowledge base for effective problem resolution.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to technological changes and upholding high service level standards.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong understanding of end-user IT hardware and proficiency in IT Service Management systems.Provide first-level support to over 700 end users with excellent written and verbal communication.Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.Time management skills for equipment allocation, patching and lifecycle management, and prioritising tasks effectively.Proactive problem solving, adaptability to technological changes, and a professional demeanour in person and on the phone.Support IT Services advocacy and contribute to ongoing team development; flexibility to provide first-level support during standard business hours.Apply
