You will be responsible for executing, measuring, and optimising performance digital marketing campaigns across Google Search, programmatic, and social media platforms. About The Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing, measuring, and optimising performance digital marketing campaigns across Google Search, programmatic, and social media platforms. Your work will directly contribute towards achieving key metrics such as optimised conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition.
You Will
Optimise and manage sophisticated paid search strategies considering the changing search landscape and changing customer paths to purchase.Develop and implement data‑led digital performance media strategies to optimise conversion rates and minimise cost per acquisition across Search, Programmatic and Social.Manage the execution of the Always‑On lower‑funnel paid media strategy.Provide subject matter expertise across all digital media channels.Monitor and analyse campaign performance, delivering insights and actionable recommendations.Accurately manage campaign budgets and financial reporting.Oversee tracking and reconciliation of performance investment activities.Collaborate with partners to monitor trends and test emerging capabilities.Advocate for digital media testing and experimentation best practices.Monitor competitor activity to identify market share opportunities.Ensure digital campaigns align with broader marketing strategies and business goals.About You
Tertiary Degree in Business or Marketing (desired).5+ years marketing experience in a similar environment (client or agency side).Proven experience executing digital media campaigns – SEM, Display, and Social.Strategic experience using 1st party data to connect customer experiences across digital channels.Experience with Adobe & Google Marketing Products (Analytics – AA / GA, Campaign Manager, SA360, DV360).Technical Competencies
Agency / Consultancy experience (advantageous).Expertise in digital performance media programs.Strategic planning skills to drive business benefit.Strong understanding of marketing technology and ad serving platforms.Ability to forecast digital trends and developments.Proficiency in digital analytics, attribution, and data‑driven strategies.Effective communication and consulting skills.
