From overseeing daily operations to rostering, KPI management, and team development, you’ll play a key role in running one of Yo-Chi’s most dynamic city locations.

- Have leadership experience in hospitality or retail
- Have proven success supporting a manager with labour, COGS, stock and KPIs
- Are people focused with a passion for building strong team culture
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and love a challenge
- Maintain a safe, clean, and positive work environment
- Are organised, driven and hungry to grow
- Embrace a Positive CHI attitude and bring great energy to the team!
