In this newly created role and as Manager People & Culture Business Partnering at Box Hill Institute, you'll lead and guide a talented team, influence organisational change, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver people solutions that truly make a difference. You will drive strategic HR initiatives that empower leaders, elevate employee experience, and foster a culture of growth and inclusion.
We’re looking for someone passionate about building high-performing teams, navigating complex challenges with confidence, and leaving a legacy of positive transformation. This is a full-time, ongoing position, located at our Elgar campus in Box Hill.
