Senior Integration Consultant

FAIR Consulting Group is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior SAP Integration Consultant to join our Technology team. This role is central to delivering seamless, secure, and scalable integration solutions across SAP S / 4HANA and other enterprise applications. You will design, develop, and lead integration projects that enable our clients to unlock business value through automation, connectivity, and real-time data exchange.

About the role :

• Design and deliver end-to-end SAP integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), PI / PO, and API management tools
• Work directly with customers to gather requirements, define integration strategies, and translate them into technical designs
• Develop and maintain integrations across ERP, CRM, HCM, procurement, and supply chain systems, both cloud and on-premise
• Lead the realisation, testing, and Go-Live phases of integration projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Establish best practices, reusable templates, and integration standards aligned with FAIR’s methodology and customer needs
• Proactively identify risks, performance issues, or improvement areas in existing interfaces and recommend solutions
• Support knowledge transfer, mentoring junior consultants, and uplifting the integration capability within the team
• Partner with FAIR’s solution architects to align integration designs with overall enterprise architecture and roadmaps
