What You’ll Do - Rostering Coordinator As a Provider Rostering Coordinator, you'll play a key role in connecting the right support workers with the right providers, ensuring quality care and meaningful relationships. You’ll be the go‑to person for matching provider requests with available talent, while also keeping an eye on areas with low workforce coverage and proactively recruiting to fill those gaps. This is a fast‑paced, people‑focused role where your ideas and initiative are valued, and is a fantastic opportunity for recruiters or schedulers looking to grow their skills, take on new challenges and be part of a supportive, purpose‑driven team.

  • Match support workers with provider requests using established processes
  • Build strong relationships and trust with support workers through regular communication
  • Think creatively to overcome scheduling and sourcing challenges to meet provider needs
  • Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to understand the nature and urgency of provider requests
  • Source the right person for recruitment by using proactive and strategic approaches
  • Support new support workers through the onboarding process to ensure they’re ready to deliver quality care

Your Background

  • Experience in recruitment and / or rostering
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Familiarity with the NDIS or Aged Care sector is highly regarded, but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and relationships with stakeholders
  • A self‑starter who takes initiative, is detail‑oriented and thinks outside the box to develop creative and effective sourcing strategies
