About the Position
We are looking to welcome a part-time [0.8 FTE] Administration Intake and Program Support Officer to deliver high quality administration and customer service support to team members and clients. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the wellbeing of children and families.
Level 3 SCHCADS Award.Salary range : $76,366 - $81,907 (pro‑rata) + Superannuation.Government funded until 18 September 2026.Key Responsibilities :
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive shared knowledge and achieve positive organisational outcomes across purchasing, accounts payable, IT and general administration.Process invoices ensuring correct billing, authorisation, accuracy and timely payment.Process NDIS and Medicare payments and invoices and manage associated records and systems.Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of financial transactions and reporting requirements.Process and maintain brokerage records.Manage incoming and outgoing mail daily including reconciliation in line with compliance requirements.Efficiently and effectively manage reception, incoming phone calls and correspondence, including emails.Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a purchasing support / administration role including purchasing, asset management and accounts payable experience.Strong administrative skills with a proven ability to effectively manage time and prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.Strong focus on attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including an ability to work with people from diverse cultures.High level of proficiency using all Microsoft Office applications and experience with SAP.Other Requirements
