About the Role

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth across CTA’s training programs, with a strong focus on increasing face-to-face training delivery, traineeships, and apprenticeships.

Your day-to-day will include :

• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality, tourism, and service industries.
• Promoting CTA’s range of qualifications, traineeships, and apprenticeships to employers and industry groups.
• Generating new business opportunities across Queensland, with regular travel to regional centres.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of training solutions.
• Meeting performance targets related to new client acquisition and enrolments.

About You

You are a natural relationship builder with a strong background in business development, recruitment, or AASN (Australian Apprenticeship Support Network) environments. You understand the training sector and have a proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals that lead to long-term partnerships.
