About You

• Qualified in Rehabilitation Counselling or Masters in Psychology
• Registered with ASORC or AHPRA
• Full working rights + Australian Driver’s Licence

The Role

As a Rehab Consultant, you’ll be the trusted guide helping people return to work after injury.

• Support clients with empathy. Listen deeply. Guide them through life-changing transitions.
• Conduct meaningful assessments. Focus on what matters most.
• Build strong connections—with health professionals, employers, insurers, and more to create solutions that truly help.
• Spot barriers. Design tailored Return to Work plans that build resilience and confidence.
• Visit workplaces. Understand the challenges. Advocate for safer, more inclusive environments.
