About the Role
The Support Coordinator position is at the forefront of the organisation in providing client facing recovery support interventions. Supported by the Team Lead, you will play an important role in improving the health and social wellbeing, housing, and overall quality of life for clients, maximising functional recovery, self-management, independence, and participation in the community.
The Support Coordinator advocates with and on behalf of the client to meet wider social, health and well-being needs. This role is responsible for undertaking tasks around case management, documentation, referrals, and appointments.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 76 hours per fortnight in our Women's Refuge which operates on a 24 / 7 basis.
