What’s the role?
The Technical Support Analyst’s role is to manage and maintain delivery systems and provide operational support to Project Practitioners through a best practice support model. This includes developing and maintaining knowledge resources as well as providing responses to process queries through the Service Desk.

What do I need?
To be successful in this role you will ideally have an Engineering or Computer Science background and be able to support environments juggling multiple concurrent priorities. You will be an analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for problem solving. Working both independently and as part of a team you will be able to make decisions based on thorough diagnosis.
