Sales Executive

We are now seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join a Clearance Centre team and help us grow this important part of the business.

You are a results-driven sales professional with a strong customer focus and an eye for commercial opportunity. Ideally, you have a background in retail, consumer goods, or clearance sales, and you’re ready for a hands-on role where you can build strong client relationships and drive business performance. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic retail environment are essential for success in this role.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieving monthly sales target / budget
• Providing a high level of customer service including live chat interactions via website.
• Monitor sales trends and identify what is in demand at the time for requesting future stock
• Responding to email enquiries, sales and follow up of sales leads
• Inventory management of clearance centre inclusive of regular stock takes
• Loading of product onto online portal for sale
• Coordinating the flow process of stock from inspection workshop to portal & shop to end customer
• Processing of sale through SAP and inhouse CRM system
• Regularly contacting wholesale customers with stock lists
• Processing orders on SAP and SAG
