There are currently Centre Director opportunities available in Western Sydney. Each campus presents strong potential and the backing of an experienced support network, offering an exciting opportunity for an accomplished leader to make a lasting impact.

The opportunity

Reporting to an Area Manager and working closely with dedicated education specialists, the Centre Director will :

• Provide hands-on leadership to inspire, mentor, and develop the educator team
• Build strong and lasting family partnerships to ensure an exceptional experience
• Nurture a positive and engaged campus culture
• Lead operational performance including staffing, compliance, and commercial outcomes
• Collaborate with specialists to embed best-practice learning and continuous improvement
