A genuine passion for early childhood education. Strong communication and organisational skills. Knowledge or experience with the Montessori approach (highly regarded). Childcare Educator – NextGen Montessori
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Childcare Educator to join our friendly team in Truganina. This role is part of the NextGen Montessori group, which values the Montessori philosophy and provides a high‑quality early education program that encourages independence, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
- Support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development.
- Foster strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and well‑prepared Montessori environment.
- Assist with documentation, programming, and compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).
