Job Description
Reporting to the People and Culture Manager (East), you'll be a crucial part of our collaborative team, partnering with Operational leaders to realise the business strategy through our people. You will apply your generalist HR expertise to develop pragmatic values-led solutions, championing Civeo best practice and to inspire Village teams to deliver continuously improving employee satisfaction targets.
This position is a fixed-term contract parental leave cover until April 2026.
About You
To be successful, you will have proven HR Generalist expertise at the Business Partnering / Advisor level in a medium to large organisation, with demonstrable experience in frontline and labour workforces, and be a Savvy HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the confidence to influence and deliver your message to key stakeholders to achieve a win-win outcome.
