As the Membership Growth & Experience Manager, you will lead a passionate team and drive two key areas :
- Membership strategy – developing and delivering initiatives that increase and retain USU membership year on year.
- Student experience – ensuring our programs and events inspire students, foster community, and strengthen member engagement.
This role combines strategy, creativity, and leadership. You’ll shape the future of membership at USU while supporting student-led programs that bring campus to life.
