Step into an onsite management opportunity where you'll oversee every aspect of our premium residential portfolio's daily operations. Based on site, you’ll be a part of our exceptional Building and Property Management team, assisting to ensure seamless operations and outstanding resident experiences.

Reporting directly to our Operations Manager, you’ll collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the property ecosystem. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills and an ability to forge lasting professional relationships. You’ll be a trusted face of our properties, balancing operational excellence with genuine care for the communities you serve.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assisting with comprehensive end-to-end Property Management Operations
• Assist with dispute resolution, including QCAT submissions and hearings as required
• Ensure accurate preparation of all residential tenancy documentation in accordance with the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act
• Oversee marketing of vacant tenancies and coordinate leasing inspections
• Maintain legal and financial aspects of the portfolio using property management software
• Provide regular local market trends and industry updates to the team
• Serve as primary tenant liaison for queries, complaints and resident needs
• Arrange and manage necessary maintenance and repair works
• Conduct detailed property condition inspections with detailed documentation
