POSITION PURPOSE

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering consistent sales growth and team performance within your store. You will foster a sales-performance culture that prioritizes an elevated customer experience through our CLASS selling steps, while promoting team investment, employee engagement, and ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities

• People : Develop a high-performance culture that encourages team investment, employee engagement, retention, and growth. Instill a supportive and candid feedback environment focused on recognizing, developing, and elevating your team. Represent the brand professionally and with integrity, demonstrating proper etiquette in all communications.
• Performance : Cultivate a sales-performance culture that delivers exceptional customer experiences through the yd. CLASS sales steps. Drive and maintain sales performance aligned with retail goals, budgets, and KPIs. Analyze sales reports regularly to inform strategies that increase traffic and sales. Implement VM guidelines in collaboration with the VM team to ensure standards are met.
