The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented RTO Compliance person to join our team in either Bayswater or South Melbourne, VIC, in this new leadership role. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring we maintain compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations across including those set by ASQA, the Standards for RTOs 2025, and relevant Training Packages. This role combines some leadership responsibilities with hands-on compliance work such as undertaking internal audits, maintaining document control, policy and process planning, and continuous improvement projects. The successful candidate may lead staff, conduct audits, develop policies and procedures, support our admin team and trainers with their compliance expertise and ensure staff maintain accurate student records in aXcelerate.
