Job descriptionWork with the GM Risk and Compliance to strengthen assurance practices Shape and embed frameworks, tools and templates that drive consistency Engage with stakeholders to identify key risks and controls Build capability within the risk and compliance team Influence and guide senior leaders 7+ years' experience in risk, compliance or assurance roles Strong capability in implementing assurance methodologies and frameworks Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide constructive challenge Relevant qualifications (CRMA or similar highly regarded) Experience uplifting both processes and people within complex or regulated environments Contribute to meaningful, high-profile work for Queensland's future Flexible hybrid working arrangements (office and WFH mix) Join a supportive team with strong leadership Opportunity to make a real impact in an evolving environment
