Our client is a long established agency and well known brand based in the Western suburbs of Sydney. They have earned a reputation for providing exceptional and tailored customer service to their clients and all the rent roll has been meticulously managed by their long standing team.
As a result of their continuous expansion, this highly successful business is now in search of a passionate Junior Property Manager. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals to develop and advance their real estate career with an agency that takes great pride in their comprehensive training.

- Start on $70,000-$80,000 and work your way up to over $100K
- Liaising with Tenants and Landlords
- Respond to all phone and email inquiries
- Routine Inspections
- Entry Condition Reports
- Managing Maintenance
- Admin duties
- Must have a minimum 12 months experience as an Assistant or Junior Property Manager - Leasing Consultants will also be considered
- Certificate of Registration or Certificate IV
- Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
- Professional personal presentation
