We’re on the lookout for a creative and strategically-minded Marketing Coordinator to drive our social media presence and amplify our brand reach through innovative digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Support development of social media strategy to enhance online presence and digital marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with marketing team on creative content ideas to ensure consistent posting frequency
  • Ensure all social media content is on-brand with consistent voice and messaging
  • Actively engage with social media audiences and strategically interact with associated accounts
  • Stay current with social media best practices and conduct competitor analysis
  • Generate monthly social media reports with key statistics and actionable insights

Content Creation & Production

  • Film and capture high-quality content for social media including photography, video, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Create engaging graphics and materials for Instagram stories and social content
  • Develop creative concepts that bring the brand story to life through visual storytelling

    • Email Marketing

  • Oversee organic email marketing strategy to drive customer engagement and sales
  • Collaborate with Graphic Designer on EDM copy and content, maintaining consistent brand style
  • Monitor email campaign performance and optimize for improved results

    • Influencer Partnerships

  • Develop influencer strategy to enhance organic reach and social media following
  • Manage influencer relationships from outreach through campaign execution
  • Evaluate influencer activities to ensure measurable brand-building results

    • Collaborations & PR

  • Oversee brand collaborations and PR strategy to enhance market reputation
  • Manage PR activities including media contact lists, press releases, and publication placements
  • Develop strategic partnerships with complementary brands
  • Organise shopping weekends, showroom events, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Bring the brand story to life through physical experiences that complement digital presence
  • Coordinate event logistics ensuring seamless execution and positive brand experiences

    • Who we’re looking for

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)

    1-3 years of experience in social media management / public relations

    Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices

    Excellent written communication skills with ability to adapt brand voice across platforms

    Creative mindset with content creation abilities including photography and video skills

    Experience with influencer partnerships, PR activities, email marketing, and event coordination

    Ability to interpret social media metrics and highly organised with excellent time management

    Proficiency in social media tools, design software, and analytics platforms, with strong preference for Adobe Creative Suite and Canva experience

    Strong understanding of photography and videography fundamentals, with ideal experience in capturing content with DSLR / mirrorless cameras for work or as a hobby
