IT Field Service Engineer

Skills & Experience required

• 5+ Years’ experience in IT Service Desk Role
• Steakholder and User Management Experiance
• Support for all equipment including desk phones, printers headsets, trading turrets, corporate mobiles, phone recordings and VC systems
• Experiance with IT Procurement including preparing purchases of equipment
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
