We\'re looking for a practical and proactive Maintenance Officer to ensure our care community remains a safe, functional, and beautiful home for our residents.

  • Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and minor projects across our care community and gardens.
  • Ensure our home meets all safety and compliance standards, including WHS regulations.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests, minimising disruption for our residents.
  • Manage maintenance supplies and equipment within budget.
  • Work as a key part of our team to create a safe and welcoming environment.
  • What You\'ll Need

  • Experience in a maintenance, handyman, or groundskeeping role (aged care experience a plus).
  • A practical, can-do attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of WHS practices and a commitment to safety.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • A trade qualification or ‘Test and Tag’ certification is highly regarded.
  • Willingness to complete :
