About the Role

As our Grounds & Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team, ensuring our facilities remain safe, efficient, and beautifully maintained.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance and groundskeeping works
• Provide advice on building projects and upgrades
• Manage maintenance systems and records
• Ensure safe and responsible use of equipment and materials
• Lead and mentor staff to foster a high-performing, safety-conscious team culture
• Ensure WHS and fire safety compliance, including contractor oversight
• Participate in on-call arrangements as required
• Liaise with internal teams, residents, families, and external contractors
