About the Position

We are looking for a casual Breakfast Attendant to work in the front‑of‑house operations at Wests New Lambton Restaurants. The role involves providing friendly service to our guests, handling orders, preparing coffee and hot beverages, managing tills, ensuring food safety and hygiene, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Availability across a 7‑day roster, including weekends and busy seasonal periods, is essential.

Duties

• Providing friendly customer service to hotel guests.
• Table service : taking orders and answering menu queries.
• Preparation of coffees and hot beverages.
• High‑level food delivery.
• Operating tills and handling cash.
• Ensuring hygiene and safe food handling practices are followed.
• Clearing tables and performing cleaning duties.

Certifications

RSA required.

About You

We are seeking passionate food and beverage staff with table‑service experience in a restaurant environment. Barista experience in a restaurant or café setting will be highly regarded. You should have exceptional customer‑service skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to maintain high standards in a busy position.
