Project Consultant (Sales)

Eagleheart is a turn key design & construct medical fitout organisation delivering unique spaces.

We are seeking a Project Consultant to join our sales team. This role is critical in developing leads, networking and project sales. This role involves working closely with the sales team, design team and Director to ensure a smooth transition for our clientele from nothing to a clean fitted space.

To ensure success, you will need to be humble, have an open and genuine demeanor, be technically minded (especially construction), be systemised, have good communication skills, and be able to problem solve.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Generation : Through direct calling, LinkedIn, networking, emails, texts and other forms of communication.
• Meetings : Face to face, zoom meetings and calendar booking.
• Practice : Roll plays, presentation and pitching.
• Design Coordination : Designing the developing workflows, test fit plans etc with our design team.
• Communication : Quick and efficient communication between all parties.
• Estimating : Review and adjustments of estimates.

Qualifications & Expectations :

We are located in a brand new facility in very close proximity to Fountain Gate shopping centre, with easy access to the M1 Monash Freeway exit / entry and surrounded by quality food options.

Please note that this is a full-time role from the office, with no ability to work from home.
