Location : Mt Barker, Adelaide Hills

Start date : Immediate / flexible

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join our small, dedicated team and help us take our desserts, pastries, and chocolate creations to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, desserts, and chocolate-based creations.
  • Collaborate on new product development and seasonal menu design.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation, and food safety.
  • Manage stock levels, ingredient ordering, and kitchen efficiency.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment.
  • About You

  • Experienced in a café, bakery, or fine-dining pastry environment.
  • Passionate about chocolate and desserts.
  • Creative, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a small, friendly team.
  • Experience with chocolate tempering or fine patisserie is highly regarded, but we’re also open to developing the right person with a strong passion for the craft.
