Senior Associate - 5+ yrs PQE | Commercial Litigation + Insolvency

The role :

Due to continued expansion, the firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its busy Commercial Litigation and Insolvency team.

This is a strategic growth role offering a clear pathway to Principal for someone who enjoys building client relationships and contributing to business development.

You’ll have full carriage of files, work closely with Principal, and collaborate with a team that includes senior and junior lawyers, graduates and law clerks. The focus of work includes general commercial litigation and insolvency with a strong pipeline of referrals from the firm’s other departments.

You’ll also play an important role in mentoring junior lawyers and supporting team growth, while having the freedom to develop your own practice.

Key requirements :

• Minimum 5 years’ PQE in commercial litigation (insolvency experience highly regarded)
• Strong technical and client relationship skills
• Interest in business development and practice growth
• Confident managing files independently and mentoring junior staff

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ideally looking for principal level in the near future.
