About the Role
As the Delivery Lead, you’ll play a key role in integrating Origin’s Broadband (sales & service) operations into Kraken and supporting our transition to an in-house customer service model. You’ll lead the delivery of key change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition for our customers and contact centre teams while driving improvements across systems, processes, and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the business integration of broadband customer service into Kraken, ensuring seamless delivery of change initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement process, system, and operational improvements.
Manage service-related queries and oversee the creation of training materials, briefing packs and process updates.
Facilitate planning, prioritisation, and delivery of key initiatives using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Deliver effective stakeholder management, influencing outcomes across business and technical teams.
Monitor and report on delivery progress, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and customer outcomes.
About You
You’re an experienced delivery or operations leader with strong telecommunications knowledge and a passion for enabling great customer experiences. You’re comfortable working across complex change programs and know how to bring people together to deliver results.
You’ll also bring :
Proven experience in business integration, operational delivery, or change implementation, ideally within the telecommunications industry.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on sustainable solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels.
Strategic thinking with the ability to turn ideas into actionable plans.
