Innovation at Our Core
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, People Relations & Operations to elevate how Lendi Group supports, engages, and empowers its people – while leading the transformation of our People Operations team into an AI‑native function.
This role is designed for a strategic HR leader who thrives on solving complex people challenges, shaping culture, and embedding trusted partnerships across the business.
You’ll be the go‑to expert for employee relations, people systems, and culture shaping, ensuring our processes and tools enable our people to do their best work. Reporting to the General Manager, Credit & Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the next evolution of our People function, blending empathy, compliance, and innovation.
