We’re looking for a Digital Media Specialist to help us capture and share real stories and insights across our business, to support the growth and development of our diverse workforce. From product knowledge for new starters to leadership skills for managers, Reece is invested in supporting people to reach their full potential.

About the role

You’ll join a passionate and highly skilled team to create engaging video and graphic content for our Learning Experience Platform. To be successful, you’ll blend strategy, creativity, and hands‑on production to build a library of authentic, premium learning experiences.

Your day to day

Plan, coordinate, and execute photo and video shoots across various formats including interviews, b-roll (and at times tutorials and events)
Champion innovation in video storytelling by staying current with trends in visual content, formats, and technologies
Deliver polished post‑production work with attention to colour grading and sound mixing
Source and customise vector graphics and use authoring tools to present information in a clear and digestible manner.

About you

You have a proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a “get-it-done” attitude

Solid stakeholder management and communication skills

You have strong videography skills, including lighting and shooting two‑camera interview setups, gimbal operation, and audio recording

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom

Able to edit and assemble footage into engaging stories, particularly from interview-based content.

You have experience creating motion graphics, including graphic overlays, lower thirds, and use of motion graphics templates

Nice to have

Animation skills to bring scripts to life by sourcing, customising, and animating assets from stock libraries to create bespoke animations

Ability to record and edit clear and engaging voiceovers

Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
