Are you an experienced Employee Relations specialist who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments? A leading Australian retailer is seeking a Senior People & Culture Advisor to join their Advisory Services team, supporting leaders across a large national store and corporate network.

About The Role

Sitting within the Tier 2 Advisory Centre, you’ll act as a subject‑matter expert on complex people matters escalated from across the business. You’ll provide practical, commercial guidance to people leaders and HR Business Partners, navigating a wide range of ER issues including :

• Fair Work and Human Rights matters
• Misconduct, performance, grievances and investigations
• Interpreting industrial instruments
• Managing concurrent case loads of 25‑30 matters

This is a telephony and email‑based advisory role, operating on a rotating roster between 7am and 7pm (with Senior Advisors doing one 11am‑7pm shift per week). You will also support the development of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Advisors, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and participate in people projects across the wider P&C function.
