The Opportunity :

Due to continued growth, we’re introducing a new leadership role within our FM Operations team. This is a strategic opportunity for a trade-qualified professional to lead from within—delivering the impact of a service provider, without being external. If you’ve led trade projects, supervised sites, or run your own business in the construction or services sector, this is your chance to step into a national leadership role within a structured, in-house environment.

About the Role :

You’ll oversee and grow our national multi brand trade team, delivering maintenance and project services across multiple partner portfolios. From technician utilisation to stakeholder engagement, you’ll drive performance, compliance, and service excellence.

Location : Mulgrave VIC and Travel required

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include :

• Lead and develop a national team of trade professionals across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building disciplines.
• Drive service excellence across multiple partner contracts.
• Oversee planned / reactive maintenance and minor projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver outcomes aligned with KPIs and SLAs.
