Your New Role : As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading a high performing team in one of Sydney’s busiest retail destinations. This is a hands‑on customer first role where you’ll lead by example, bringing energy, style and service to every interaction. Whether it’s styling a customer, managing floor operations or mentoring a team member – you’ll be at the heart of it all.

What You’ll Get Up To :

• Support daily store operations while delivering an elevated service driven customer experience
• Assist in leading a passionate team creating a collaborative and inspiring culture
• Contribute to visual merchandising, stock management and store presentation
• Take initiative in training and developing team members through coaching and feedback
• Step up to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager
• Champion the brand ensuring every customer feels welcomed and styled with care
