The Opportunity
This role serves as the strategic orchestrator of go-to-market (GTM) planning within the Digital Marketing team, ensuring seamless alignment across regions, channels, and broader functions. It plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, digital innovation, and future-state strategy across Cochlear’s digital marketing ecosystem.
As the digital coordination champion , you will partner closely with the Digital Marketing Experience and Digital Production teams to deliver integrated, high-impact programs that elevate customer experience and business performance. You will also oversee digital team operations ensuring effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement of workflows such as ceremonies, business unit reviews (BURs), and showcases.
