Responsibilities

• Support the Production Manager with all maintenance activities including urgent defects on contracted defence platforms.
• Be responsible for the performance of the Subcontractors and provide leadership to the Subcontractor Coordinators.
• Initiate improvements in processes ensuring quality assurance for production.
• Reporting to the Production Manager this fixed term position, with the possibility of permanency, will require working from the iconic Australian Marine Complex based in Henderson, WA.

About you

You will be an experienced maintenance management professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, project management experience and the ability to build and retain a highly motivated and technical team. Ideally you will have significant experience in a large marine engineering or construction project environment.
