About The Role

This organisation are seeking a commercially astute Head of Finance Systems to lead a critical finance technology transformation. Reporting to the CFO directly, you’ll bridge Finance, Digital & Technology, and vendor partners to deliver secure, data-driven platforms that support informed decision-making across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and execute a finance systems strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead governance, internal controls, and audit readiness across key platforms (e.g. ERP, planning, treasury)
• Oversee major finance system projects end-to-end, including ERP implementations (SAP4 Hana)
• Drive user adoption, training, and change management across teams
• Evaluate new technologies and co-manage vendor relationships
