Senior Accounts Payable Officer [ Full Time - North Adelaide]

Next Gen’s Finance Team is centrally located in Adelaide and we're looking for an Accounts Payable Officer . Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be a pivotal Team Member in assisting the business with its administrative and reporting requirements.

About the Role

Key areas of responsibility :

• Accounts payable data processing functions
• Preparation of supplier payments & expense claims
• Reconcile AP ledgers, such as supplier statements, GRNI, and clearing accounts
• Systems maintenance to ensure accuracy of records and database integrity
• Financial administrative and general clerical support duties as required
