Associate, Senior Associates

About the role :

Advise private and public sector clients on complex environment and planning matters, including large-scale developments and regulatory approvals

Represent clients in VCAT, Planning Panels, and Supreme Court proceedings

Navigate complex approval processes and provide strategic guidance on planning and environmental compliance

Support a specialist legal team on high-impact projects across the property, renewables, and resource sectors

The ideal candidate :

Associate to Senior Associate (3+PQE in Environment and Planning Law)

Relevant law degree with good academics

Admission to practice and full working rights in Australia

Strong communication and relationship management skills
