Job descriptionLead requirements workshops and solution playbacks with customers Own the end-to-end Salesforce functional design across Sales, Service, and Platform Prepare ‘development ready’ user stories and solution documentation Support delivery sprints, break / fix tasks, and managed service activities Mentor junior consultants and support continuous improvement across the team Contribute to internal training, certifications, and pre-sales when needed 5+ years experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst, or Functional Lead Salesforce Consultant certification (preferred) Strong experience leading functional design and business requirement workshops Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders and hold scope / pricing conversations High attention to detail, great documentation skills, and a passion for customer success Commercial awareness – able to balance quality, timelines, and business outcomes A chance to work across a mix of greenfield builds, enhancements, and managed services Be part of a high-performing team that values communication, empathy, and quality Career growth across the APAC region with a business that’s expanding fast Remote / hybrid options available depending on location

CalibrX is partnering with a global Salesforce partner, and we’re on the hunt for a Senior Salesforce Consultant who’s ready to drive customer outcomes, lead strategic conversations, and own the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions across a mix of enterprise and mid-market clients.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to make a big impact in a nimble and values-driven consulting firm.
