Customer Service Officer - New Homes

In this role, you will be the go-to person for clients building investment homes. Your job is to make the process simple, transparent, and stress‑free, keeping clients informed, projects organised, and the team connected. You’ll need experience working for a builder, insurance company or developer, and a solid understanding of contracts, variations, and build timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Manage client files through the pre‑construction and build process with clear communication and follow‑through
• Prepare contracts, variations, and documentation accurately and on time
• Liaise with internal teams, estimating, drafting, and construction to keep everything running smoothly
• Provide proactive updates to clients so they always know what’s happening
• Keep records and approvals up to date while maintaining compliance
• Bring your positive energy to a team that genuinely enjoys working together and doing good in the community
