About the Role

As an Implementation Consultant , you’ll work closely with schools to guide them through the full journey of adopting our platform — from understanding their needs to configuring the system, training staff, and supporting go-live.

You’ll be a trusted partner to each school, ensuring they feel confident and supported every step of the way. This is a role that combines problem-solving, people skills, and technology, all with the goal of making a meaningful difference in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand their requirements and design tailored software solutions;
• Plan and manage implementation projects, coordinating timelines and deliverables;
• Configure systems and workflows to suit each school’s environment and use case;
• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful go-lives;
• Deliver engaging training sessions and provide comprehensive user support;
• Develop clear and practical documentation, including training guides and reference materials;
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and resolve client concerns promptly;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical and functional requirements are met;
• Provide feedback and insights to the Implementation Manager to support ongoing product and process improvement.
