Overview

As a Service Delivery Specialist, you’ll support the smooth operation of digital applications across customer‑facing platforms. You’ll work closely with internal and external teams to ensure service management processes are effective, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

This role requires participation in the on‑call support roster.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead service excellence across customer‑facing digital platforms.
  • Drive operational improvements in a collaborative tech environment.
  • Support operational teams to optimise system performance and meet business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to ensure ITIL‑aligned service delivery.
  • Facilitate release and change management across critical applications and platforms.
  • Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide reporting and insights across incident, change, and asset management.
  • Participate in on‑call support and vulnerability management for enterprise systems.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in IT service delivery, including incident, problem, and change management (1–2 years minimum).
  • Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks and operational processes.
  • Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow, reporting tools, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with IAM, CI / CD pipelines, Spring Boot APIs, and web applications.
  • Ability to guide teams through change and process improvement initiatives.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams.
  • ITIL Certification (Version 3 or 4) (Desired).
