Marketing & Communications Manager

Marketing & Communications Manager to be part of our new, refreshed vision, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing innovative marketing strategies that strengthen the kikki.K brand across all channels.

You’ll lead the development, implementation, and ongoing evolution of marketing, PR, and communication initiatives, with a focus on social engagement, collaborations, and brand partnerships to build awareness and drive growth.

About The Role

• Develop and implement seasonal PR and marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
• Manage the marketing calendar, budget and campaign execution across all channels.
• Oversee content creation and social media strategy to grow brand engagement and community.
• Lead influencer programs, collaborations and brand partnerships to enhance visibility and reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, shopping centre marketing teams and key partners.
• Analyse and report on campaign and social media performance to inform future initiatives.
• Ensure all brand communications are consistent, engaging and aligned with kikki.K’s design and purpose.
• On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
